Most properties are either paying for coverage they do not need or missing the exposure that actually costs them. We assess the property first, in writing, before anyone signs anything.

Assessment
No chargeWe walk the property with you. The inspection covers a full site walk-through, an evaluation of your signage against municipal bylaw, and the points where the property is exposed. Everything we find goes into a written report and we review it with your management team.

Recommendations
No chargeWe go through the report together and prioritise what needs attention first. The goal is a plan that addresses the real problems rather than the largest possible contract, priced to a budget you have told us about.

Implementation
On contractOnce you decide to proceed we draw up the contract and begin work. You receive a manager login so you can read officer reports and photographs yourself, and we schedule regular reviews to reassess the property as it changes.
You are not waiting on a monthly report
Every client gets a manager login. Patrol reports, timestamped photographs, incident records, and property history are there as officers file them, so you can check the work yourself at any point.
Your signs decide whether a ticket holds
A property cannot issue citations unless its signage meets municipal bylaw. The M6 Group is an authorised supplier of parking signs for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, and we bring your property into compliance before enforcement begins.
- Install city-approved signs in place of non-compliant signs
